I’ve worked as a legal secretary in the legal department of a large Central London merchant bank so I am familiar with legal terminology.
I also have many years of experience working for medium to large construction companies, developers and quantity surveyors as a secretary and then PA to various Managing Directors.
My training in the legal industry left me with the knowledge that even a small change in the wording of a sentence can completely change its meaning, and therefore the importance of typing accuracy.
I can take shorthand, accurately type 70 words per minute and use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher and Access.
I outsource documents very rarely and when I do it’s to people I know and trust. No document leaves the office without me proofreading it first.
It is my aim to provide clients with:
